Flawless
I found the car I wanted thru E-Bay. It is a 2003 honda accord. The down side was that the car was in Alabama and I am in Ohio and I wondered how in the heck I was going to get it home. Besides taking time off from work, which I couldn’t afford, there would be hotel stays, plus food, etc. It wasn’t going to be cheap getting it to Ohio.

My wife and I thought of U-Haul and other forms of auto transportation and then I went on-line looking for auto carriers and got estimates for auto transport from state to state. I couldn’t believe the price came in at $400 because alot of the other carriers were so much higher. I called the 800 number and got an actual person (which in itself is an amazing fact). I found out that there was no hidden fees and they told me what the total amount was, which was exactly what the internet quoted me! There was a deposit that I had to pay at that time with the remainder being paid on delivery. You talk about excellent service. Besides getting someone right away on the phone, your company worked with me when I had to change the date of pick-up.

The girls transporting the vehicle were wonderful, trustworthy auto transport professionals. They contacted me when they picked the vehicle up and when they were an hour or so away from my home. I knew their destination all the way because of the tracking number. My car arrived in the same condition as to what I knew it was supposed to be. Even after I got my vehicle, your company called to make sure that everything was fine and that the vehicle arrived in good condtion. You have a great company that you should be proud of. Thank You very much for excellent service.

VERY PLEASED
My husband was deployed at the time of moving this vehicle… Everybody that I talked to even the driver was very patient with me and if I needed anything never hesitated. I would use Crowley Auto Transport Again ANYTIME.. wouldn’t use anybody else! thank you!

I have never had a car transported before and needed to pick up a car from Texas. After checking airfares and picking dates to take time off from work, I became frustrated with the restrictions, money and time being spent to get to the vehicle. It was suggested by a cousin of mine to have the car shipped. I checked online and received several quotes and some good and bad advise from different auto transport carriers.

Some are very dilligent in trying to get your business but I went with Crowley Auto Transport because there was no pressure to use them, no “scare tactics”, and the price made Crowley even more appealing. They were actually lower than all the rest. I was amazed at how smoothly the process went and would surely recommend and use Crowley Auto Transport if ever the need arises.

Outstanding Customer Service
The auto transport call center was excellent. Elizabeth knew what was required and worked to meet my goals. Chris, the driver, was on time and friendly. And he kept me updated as to the progress of the move. If I need to move a vehicle again I’ll specifically ask for Chris.

Check this auto transport company out! They were awesome!
This company is awesome! They gave me a cheapest quote from Dallas TX to Corona CA. They quoted me instantly for my 2005 Infiniti Q45 and then called the same day to tell me a driver could pick up the next day. Talk about quick service! They assured me my vehicle would be fully insured and that there were no hidden fees (which there wasn’t). I paid a $100 deposit using my debit card and $300 in cash when they delivered my car.

I was able to save about $200 by going with this auto transport company and I didn’t have to comprise on the service. The driver called in plenty of time to let me know when he would get here, which was great because I was at work and had to schedule some time to meet him. The car arrived when they said it would, and with no damages. They are a truly a great company and i would reccomend them to anyone.

Auto Transport from VA to TX
From the day I contacted Crowley Auto Transport on the phone, things were smooth sailing. He was very courteous and knowledgable on the phone. The website I was sent to was very straightforward. The one time I did have a question, I called Madison and she picked up the phone right away. Once I placed my order, my Durango was picked up within a few days on time. My Durango arrived in Texas well before the 6-7 days I was quoted. I paid a total of $650, and would definitely use them again.

Crowley Auto Transport was very professional and prompt in shipping my vehicle. I called and spoke to the customer service representative whom assisted me with paying my deposit and answered all of my questions and concerns. Shortlly after I got a call informing me of p/u and what I should expect next. Additionally, Crowley Auto Transport kept me informed with several emails. On Friday, June 3, an auto transport truck came to my home in Virginia and took my vehicle for delivery and told me I could expect delivery in 7-8 days.

Customer service is excellent and price is affordable. Transport is a very smooth, hassle free process like the thier website says go with the Leader, GO WITH CROWLEY

Excellent customer service! I worked with Samantha at Crowley Auto Transport to move my vehicle from Miami, FL to Sacramento, CA. I had never transported a vehicle before and was very cautious. I finally settled on Crowley and couldn’t have made a better choice. My car was picked up within 48 hours and delivered in 7 days as promised. Melanie kept in contact with the driver during the duration of the transport and provided me with current updates periodically.

Anytime I needed to contact Crowley Auto Transport they were easily reached. Crowley made my move to California a comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend Crowley to anyone needing a safe and reliable auto transport company.

I strongly recommend this company!
They were not only the cheapest but the most efficient. I called the last minute to change my destination from Mountian View California to San Jose California which is 30 minutes different and they changed it without any charge and was on time. I would recommend this auto transport company to any one out there! They are helpful and honest…

Amazing Job
We chose Crowley Auto Transport because of their good reviews on top of being reasonably priced. Their professional staff located a driver to pick-up the car within a few hours of the booking. Delivery was supposed to be the in 7 days but the driver delivered it a day early. All went perfectly. Thanks.

I never thought it would be this easy
I had to transport my sons car from college to home. My son was more happier than I was for he got to drive it because it came in two days earlier. I initially chose them because their website was the best compared to the other companies websites I looked at.

MY Experience
I want to thank this company for making this experience a very pleasureable one for me and my wife. After contacting several companies I decided to go with this one for a few reasons. Their reliability was extremely very good and they were on time and courteous as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to use them in the near future.

Very Satisfied
This was the first time we used a transport service and it was a pleasant experience. We sent my BMW 325 convertible to my son in Connecticut. The driver Joel, was very professional and friendly. The car arrived on time without any problems. I would recommend Crowley Transport!!!!!

I had set up this move with another shipper..They did not pick up the car..I called them several times and the said that there truck must of gotten a better rate from someone else…Then I called Crowley…They were on it…I talked with them on Wednesday… They picked up my car on Thursday… and delevered it on Saturday in Illinois… I had to have it there on Sat. as I had promised my customer…I am a car dealer…They also followed up with me to see if I was happy with their service…. There driver was great tooooo….. Kevin ….New Cars Inc.com…Need a new or preowned vehicle… at a great price ..chcek us out….

Very Satisfied
I hired Crowley Transport to pick up a used Honda Civic I purchased from a dealer in New Jersey and bring it to me in Kentucky. Unfortunately, Crowley was unable to find a driver who would do the job for the price they quoted so I ended up using another transport company. However, management of the company was very concerned about this and literally did everything possible to make me happy. I would not hesitate to use Crowley Transport if I have another auto transport need in the future.

Transport from Maryland to Illinois
I would recommend Crowley Transport without hesitation. I was in a rut because the previous company I was dealing with did not pull through on their duty, and so I called Crowley Transport, which 1) worked magic and had my car scheduled for pick up within a day or two, and 2) called after the transport to see if everything had gone well and if there were any problems. That’s customer service.

My car was slated to arrive even earlier than scheduled, but since I wasn’t going to be there until the weekend, the driver was nice enough to work with me to reschedule the drop off of the car. No damages from the transport, just a little dirt that piled up on the way.

Thanks again! The service was reliable and timely.

Pontiac GXP…One of only 1829 ever to be built
Was contacted by several brokers with quotes after posting I was looking.

Crowley’s was honest, upfront, and what I liked most of all was they didn’t feel the need to “bad-mouth” other brokers in an attempt to get my business.

It also didn’t hurt that Sean knew the car and was a fan of it.

The car was picked up by Cross Country Haulers, and delivered in perfect condition to my door and as a result I’ll be recommending Sean and Cross Country to all my local dealers and friends into collector cars and motorcycles.

And to those other brokers, and you know who you are, who had to bad-mouth and question another competitor saying he was doing it “too cheap”, guess who got the money.

I just want to thank you for the wonderful service Crowley provided in transporting my vehicle. It was extremely important that my vehicle be shipped immediately and Crowley was able to deliver. Within two days my vehicle was picked up and then delivered on Labor Day, what service! The price was the lowest offered and the service absolutely wonderful. I was very impressed with the sincerity and honesty from Sean Crowley as well as the company that picked up my vehicle. Ron, from the company moving the vehicle, was professional, honest, handled the vehicle with care and delivered it on Labor Day. I would recommend this company for all vehicle moves. It is comforting to know that there are honest people wanting to give consumers great deals. This company beat all their competitors by $150. Some companies tried to tell me to be skeptical of brokers and worry that my car might not get picked up at that price. This move proved them wrong. Crowley is a great company and I recommend them. Thank you Crowley!

what happened in Vegas…
is that daughter’s car was delivered to new residence on the date the car was promised. The driver who I met in ATL was very personable (Marlon of G and W transport) and showed sincere concern for a two day delay in the pickup that was caused by a maintenance issue in Mississippi. Because of the delay (which was ok) Marlon contacted me in route on more than one occasion to make sure delivery could be accomplished as soon as possible. Received several bids from different companies, but liked Sean’s straightforward approach and explanation of the brokering process. Had not transported a car previously, but I know who I will be calling if/when the occasion arises in the future.

Transportation of personal vehicle
Crowley was a wonderful company to deal with in transporting my personal vehicle from Illinois to New York. It was extremely important that my vehicle be shipped immediately to a family member and Crowley was able to deliver. Excellent Service
Sean from Crowley Transport company went out of his way to help us get our sons car to him at college in Georgia. He told me that they would try to have the car to our son in 5 to 7 days and it only took 2 days for him to get the car!!! We had gone with a prior company before and had very bad service and were leary about trying this again but after this experience with Crowley we have and would reccomend Crowely Transport to all of our Family and Friends.

1972 Mustang Convertible
Arlen Called and told me he had a truck in the area and could pick up the next day. I told him go, go go. W.L. Transport picked it up the next day as planed. This was the first time I ever shipping a car and they both make me feel at ease. I bugged the crap out of the driver and he kept me informed the hole way.I thought I was going to get it even quicker than planned but rain hit and the driver call me and told he had to slow down and it would be waiting on me the next morning. So an 6:00 am the next morning I was knocking on his truck door to get my car. Very Happy with the own thing. It was very nerve racking waiting. Thanks again folks see ya next time I need something shipped.

Overall good experience
First time ship a car. Read Transport Reviews before deciding which transport company to use.

Arlen (Crowley Auto transport) was very professional, honest, and helpful. The whole process was smooth. My car was first available to be picked up on Sept 17. The driver was available on Sept 19.

Gene (Expert Express, the carrier) was also very professional, and readily available. My car was actually picked up on Sept 20 (1 day after initial date), but I was kept up to date by Gene. The delivery was on time.

The whole process was smooth, I am very satisfied.

I was amazed
I was a bit nervous about shipping our Saab 9-5 across country but Scott explain how the system worked and assured me that it would be delivered on time. Scott went above and beyond….the rate was over $200 less than many other quotes and would you believe that it arrive in CA 2 days later? I don’t think this is the norm but I was sure impressed.

I have shipped cars across country 4 times now and I would never use another service. Get a quote from these guys. You won’t be disappointed. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

2004 Toyota Seqouia
I was contacted by Mr. Williams the same day I put out a search for a carrier for my 2204 Seqouia, he was pleasant and very helpful. He found a truck that was leaving the next day as I was in a hurry. The truck driver was on time and very courteous and the whole process took no more than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

Overall view of service
I was in a bind to ship my Corvette to Yuma from Seattle in a short period of time. I had several bids to do this. Your bid was not lowest, however. talking to your agent I felt comfortable dealing with Crowley Auto Transportation.

The vehicle arrived at the destination two days prior to my time frame and was greatly appreciated!

I have absolutely no complaints and I encourage people to use Crowley for their vehicle transportation needs ………………….Ron F

Crowley Auto Transport – Great Customer Service
My husband and I are relocating to Texas from Colorado, and have been most impressed with the services and customer service received from Crowley Auto Transport. Edward has been the person that we have been in contact with, and has been very courteous and helpful in planning our move.

We have not received the same level of customer service from other car transport services that we had contact with. We wanted to thank you for taking care of us, and for being so helpful.

Great Experience
Picked up the car the next day and delivered it to my daughter in California one week later. No damage, no problems. Saved us lots of money by not having to drive it to California from Texas and then fly home. Great experience – would use them again and they were the least expensive and did a great job.

2 Vehicles Shipped
I had 2 vehicles, a Plymouth Satellite and a Dodge Rampage, shipped at the same time from Tucson, Arizona to Decatur, Illinois. My contact (and best friend) in Tucson said that the driver did a great job loading the vehicles, which were in 2 different locations. I was informed in the early afternoon on the day of the delivery and again about a half hour before their arrival. Although I have never had any vehicles transported before, I was glad I chose Crowley Auto Transport to have my vehicles moved, they were very professional, fast, and took excellent care of my vehicles. Not to mention that shipping 2 cars for only $1200.00 is an excellent deal! I will definately use Crowley the next time I need a vehicle (or 2) moved. THANK YOU VERY MUCH CROWLEY AUTO TRANSPORT…YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I went online to find a company to transport my son’s car from Vegas to New York and found a lot of mixed reviews. Companies gave me slick sales pitches and to be honest, I was nervous about choosing one. Then I found Barry Pollack who arranged for Crowley to move the vehicle. It was picked up on time, delivered only 7 days later (I had been told it would take 7 to 10 days) in perfect condition. The driver was very accomodating. The price was one of the lowest I received and everything Barry told me was true. All in all, what started out as a scary experience, turned into a very wonderful one. In addition to Barry and Dimitri, the Crowley staff answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Porsche 2007 Cayman S
I called for pricing weeks before I actually decided to ship the car. Barry, the sales agent made follow up emails and calls and answered my questions.

I finally decided to ship on a Friday afternoon. The car was picked up the next day, Saturday in Deland. FL. As we are closed on Mondays, Crowley’s office indicated that the car should arrive Tuesday. I indicated that Tues was fine, but there was no rush.

The car arived Wednesday morning. Inspect revealed no damge. No hidden or extra charges. The driver accepted our company check for the balanc due.

All in all the experience was good. I plan to ship a motorcycle back to FL and will use them again.

My second transport with crowley
This is my 4th auto transport and 2nd with crowley. Crowley always seems to deliver impecable service and fantastic results. More than anything that tell You how it works. Something other brokers don’t have the time for, because they just want the sale. Crowley is upfront and honest. The kind of people I like to deal with. I will always use and recomended Crowley auto transport.

Vehicle Delivery
If you thought customer service was a thing of the past…think again! Barry and the folks at Crowley Transport kept their word and then some. My car was picked up on time in South Carolina and delivered to me in Southeast Texas well ahead of schedule.

From the time that my Triumph Spitfire was picked up until it showed up in my ,Barry or Mike ( the driver), was in continuous contact with me. They gave is contact numbers, cell phone numbers and even the e-mail Mike in his rig!

If you view this type of transaction as a purchase, it was the best one I have ever made. My car arrived in excellent condition with a rig operator who absolutely knew his business and had a sincere interest in “his” cars.

To show you how honest they were, I had inadvertently gotten one quote from the Crowley web-site and another one from Barry over the phone a week or two earlier; when I called to set up the pick-up date, Barry gave me the lesser of the 2 quotes saving me at least $100.00!

Don’t waste your time calling other transport companies…you can’t beat Crowley!

Thanks Barry and Mike, you’ve got a new life-time customer!

Outstanding Customer Service
I received 40 quotes over the internet and picked this quote, which seemed to be in the middle. I spoke with Mr. Arlen Liberis, who told me exactly what the sequence of events would be to ship my son’s auto from Boston to San Francisco. He told me that the auto should be picked up within 3 days, my credit card would be charged 20% of the amount and within 10 days of pickup, I would pay the balance to the driver. Car was picked up in 3 days and was delivered 8 days later as promised in the same condition that it left Boston. No Hassles and NO Problems. Definitely would use these people again.

Great Service!!!
I shipped my 1967 Pontiac GTO down to FL for the winter. This is my first time I have dealt with Crowley Transport. Every phonecall was pleasent and informative. Sean took great care of me and my car was delivered on time!!! I highly recommend this company. There prices are reasonable and there customer service has to be the best I’ve dealt with thus far.

I was trying to get a car for my mother-in-law from NC and I needed it quickly and didn’t want to pay a premium price. They came through a day earlier then I anticipated. I would defenitely use them again.

Great Job
I have dealt with 100s of transporters who will say whatever it takes to get your business and then deliver something completely different. Crowley was EXCELLENT. The car was picked up when he said it would be and delivered way ahead of schedule. I couldnt be more happy with the ability of this company. I will be using them time and time again for sure.

The service was impeccable. I have a special needs car which I needed transported across the country and Crowley Auto Transport managed it with precision and professionalism. I was nervous because of the modifications done to the car plus horror stories of other friends who transported their cars across the country, but i was relieved when the car arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this company for their services.

Excellent Follow-up
I booked my car transport with Crowley because of the high rating. Although I had issues with the actual trucking company (Express Auto Shipping), Crowley went out of its way to make things right. Sean Crowley personally contacted me and did everything in his power turn a bad situation into a positive customer service experience. Now I understand why Crowley is so highly rated. His follow-up has restored my faith in Crowley.

Shippers beware of Express Auto Shipping. It is a horrible company that doesn’t deserve to be in business!

they really went the distance for my business. They were nice and professional-and some of the companies were downright rude! My car was picked up the day after my first call, and delivered the next night-the day before promised.

I am a car guy in Pa, found the car I always wanted in Florida a 1955 bel air convertible, flew down, visited some friends of mine and picked the car and of course had to look for a transport.Shopped around for a few hours and found these guys. They were 300 less than the competition. On a very short notice these guys were very helpful, found an enclosed trailer for my baby, and picked the car the next day, p.s. I only finished the transaction at 5 pm the day before!! Within three days, the car had arrived in Pa, at my home. Let me tell ya, it was thanksgiving day these guys were still working. Three days on a big holiday week! I was amazed to see my car at such a short time. The car was in the condition when I left it . Very happy with their service, would do it again. If anyone is looking for a auto transport in S. Florida look these guys up, great service great price and fast!! Thanks JOhn.

Excellent customer service
Recommended Crowley to my son for transporting his car from New York to California. I did this based on reviews I read here, but was skeptical still. However, Crowley did right by us. Their customer service was excellent…we had a small issue, and they responded IMMEDIATELY…I was shocked at how quickly they resolved our little issue. Strongly recommend Crowley to anyone who wants it done right…price was fair, but more importantly, they are responsive to your needs, and truly try to make you happy. We would definitely use them again!

Good Follow-Through
I had significant issues during my transport that stemmed from someone whom I have found out is no longer with the company. When I made my views heard after the transport was complete, Jon Masiello, the manager was extremely responsive and courteous. He called me immediately and rectified the issues.

Experience with Crowley Auto Transport
In researching auto transport “brokers”, I learned that the major difference in the price of transport by reputable brokers was the broker’s fee. I decided two days before Thanksgiving to use Crowley whose quote to me was $724 and they had a carrier who could pick up for us on Thanksgiving Day! Their fee was supposed to be $149 but when the carrier wanted $600, they reduced their fee to $124 so that our total cost remained as quoted. The only “hitch” on the CA end was that to get the car in five days, my daughter had to pick it up at the delivery storage site rather than wait a few more days for delivery to her door. All in all, it was a smooth experience. Future Auto Transport, the carrier that Crowley contracted with, did their part smoothly, as well.

I have arranged several auto transports in the past and was VERY pleased with the service I received from Crowley. Also, the cost was very reasonable, especially in this economy.

I had this vehicle with another 5 star broker for a month. The vehicle never got moved even though we raised the price. Crowley Auto Transport had a shipper in less than a week at a fair price. Jon Masiello did an excellent job handling the details. Even the truck driver commented that Jon was persistent. What had become a negative experience with the other broker became a positive experience with Jon and the driver. I definitely will call Jon Masiello with my next transport of a classic car. If I could give him more stars, i would.

There were other bids that were lower, but they were realistic. I was flexible on the pickup time. The car got here in the rain at about midnight, which was fine except the car had a small crack in the windshield that I was not able to spot in the dark and rain. The shipper, Ahmed at ABC transport was very good talking. He promised to send a check to repair the crack right away. After 3 weeks of promised, Edward at Crowley located the isurance company who came out to take an estimate only to say that it was not ABC who carried it, but A and M from Fischers Indiana.

This sub-brokering was not what I expected and also a surprise to Edward and John Massiello.

I contacted the car dealer, DD auto sales in New Cumberland, who vehemently denied any crack. There was no apparent crack in their online pictures, but it is less than about 1/3 an inch at most. Since they did not describe the car well, I found the original owner from the title and he insisted he woud have known any size crack and there was none.

If Ahmed at ABC would have told me I signed for the car in good condition, that would be another story but he promise 3 times to send a check and then stopped taking my calls. It was good that Crowley stepped up and offered to make good on the windshield. They made only 50 dollars on the bid but still wanted to please the customer.

Thank you Ahmed and Edward for your customer service. I would use them again.

Completely Satisfied!
I was completely satisfied and impressed with Crowley from the first contact I had with Scott by phone. Scott was professional and comfortable to work with. He took his time in answering all of my questions and contacted me several times before the pick up time to be sure everything was on my schedule.

The driver of the truck was very courteous, friendly and I felt confident with him having possession and responsibility with my vehicle.

The car was delivered on time and was in excellent condition. The recipient’s of the car in NY were equally impressed with the driver and the service he provided.

Crowley is a class act!

This company responded quickly to my inquiries, and was able to transport my truck on short notice. Communication was excellent, both with the company representative and with the individual driver. They were very flexible about working with our difficult schedule for pick-up and delivery times. They were reliable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Crowley, or to use their services again.

Good Scott
I had already given a deposit to another transport company who had then seemingly fallen off the face of the earth when I received a call from Scott Hawley. Within minutes, Scott had me to understand much more about the transport industry, and I found myself giving up my deposit in order for Crowley to help me get my new car from Texas to Washington. Within one day of first speaking to Scott, I had a truck and driver. My car was picked up the day following the available day and transported well on time only dirtied by the severe ice storm that my transporter endured. Thank you Scott and Crowley.

Top Notch
After dealing with numerous annoying phone calls and losing so called “deposits”, I decided to go with Crowley transport. The first company I decided to try gave me the lowest quote and like a fool I went with them, figuring that all companies were the same. They took my deposit and became non existent and rude if I was ABLE to contact them, and low and behold my car was never picked up!!! Crowley was up front and honest with explaining the process to me, despite the fact I was exasperated and now in a crunch for time, still managed to turn my horrible experience with other companies into the easiest thing I could imagine. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and always forthright, both Bill and Jon always answered or returned calls promptly and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I would definitely use and recommend anyone with a car to ship to go with Crowley!!!

Excellent Service
I used Crowley to ship a car from Texas to my sister in Virginia. I am very pleased with the service received from Crowley Auto Transport and it’s reps. I have used vehicle shipping services in the past and was expecting the absolute worst but Crowley has really changed my view of Auto Shipping Service. Jonathan Turco at Crowley was my sales contact and MG Motors was the contractor. I would definelty use and recommend both these providers for your shipping needs. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They worked with me on the pick up date and made it convenient for me. They exceeded expectation on the delivery by delivering earlier than quoted. The driver arrived in Virginia late around 11:00 p.m. and gave my sister the option of getting her car that night or the next day. Again consideration and convenience. Being anxious to get her car she chose that same night. The driver parked in a well lit area so that she could fully inspect the car and see that there were no damages and feel safe with the pick up. They far surpassed quality and on time service. My only regret is that it took me this long to write the review.

As an avid traveler and due to the nature of my business, I have used more transport companies than I would care to mention. I used to shop around for the best price, and have dealt with companies ranging from horrendous to stellar, and Crowley by far takes the cake!!! I have used Crowley for my last two transports and will use them every time to help me save time on shopping while knowing that I get the best price possible with the best service in the industry. I did quite a bit of research on transport companies before deciding on Crowley. What sold me was their 5 star rating and rave reviews.

I called on a Tuesday to place the order and the transporter picked up the car within a few hours! They del’d the car in two days covering 1100 miles.

Very honest and good people to work with. Would definitely use them again.

The pickup was perfectly on time and the driver was very courteous. The transit time was much less than expected and the driver was in contact to let me know when he would arrive. I was not expecting the car for a few more days so was delighted that it arrived early, and was in perfect condition. Not a scratch! I will definitely use Crowley again should the need arise. I truly recommend them.

Awesome service
Dealt with a terriffic girl ( Shanta ) who made me feel very comfortable that i was making the right choice after a horrible prior experience with another shipper . She was very imformative on the process and delivered on her word . Would absolutely use Crowley again . The driver ( John ) was the same one who picked up the car and delivered it to me . Stood in contact through my cell . Car was detailed before it was loaded and came some 1200 miles just as perfect . Many thanks to Shanta / Crowley and Jonh for such wonderful service .

Absoutely no issues, would highly recommend, very quick shipping, extremely happy with the whole process.

Called Ryan on a Saturday for a thursday pick up. They had a truck ready to go by wednesday evening. Car arrived to me in excellent condition on Sunday Morning. I would highly recommend them and woul ship with them again.

TX to NY- Very Satisfied.
My son is, stationed in New York. Due to the weather, road conditions were pretty bad when left, so we decided to have his truck sent to him. I have never had to transport a vehicle before, so, all this was new to me. I contacted one company, after giving them all my information, I became frustrated when the communication began to lag. I searched again, and came across Crowley Transport. I called and spoke with a representative named Ryan. He was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I spoke with him on a Wednesday, gave him all my information, he called back Friday with the drivers name, and name of the trucking company. I did speak with the driver (David with Adelph’s Trucking, Inc.), and he informed me that he would arrive in Texas Tuesday or Wednesday. He called Tuesday afternoon, and told me he was approximately 2 hours out. He arrived just as he said he would. He was very friendly, and professional. He said he would probably get to New York Saturday. The truck did arrive Saturday around 4:30 p.m. without any problems. I would definitely recommend and use Crowley Transport.

This transport was a bit more complex than most in that it was a “turnaround” involving the pick-up of one vehicle, a drop-off and pick-up of the second vehicle and return.

Crowley Auto Transport made every effort to find me a driver and delivery that met my needs both in timing and sequence of pick-up. They were fair and responsive to my concerns and were able to deliver both vehicles in a timely manner and within the budget I asked for. This is the second time I’ve used Crowley Auto Transport and I would certainly use them again if the need should arise.

I was even able to get a discount because there were two vehicles being shipped back to back.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and a great help in taking care of the entire process. Car had to be picked up at the Port in Washington. Jonathan had to cooridinate alot of information to get the driver into and out of the Port. Great job. Car arrived in 5 days which was alot sooner than I had expected. Driver was very friendly, kept in contact with me and was right on time. Only negative was the “enclosed” carrier had soft sides ( Canvas ), not hard sides. It was a little dirty but no damage.. I would recommend Crowley Transport and will use them again.

Great company, trust them
I have shipped many times before, a few not as satisfied. This was my lst time with Crowley. I wanted a good broker, and a low price. Scott Hawley was very helpful, answered very quick, called and emailed which was reassuring. I picked Crowley because of their great reviews on this site. I saved $500 from what some of the other shippers quoted. Booking was easy. The driver was very careful, picked car up the very first day I made it available, called me the day before arriving, and was honest. Car arrived safely and undamaged. I would use Crowley again. There was a company that quoted me $100 less, but was not to be trusted, don’t make that mistake. I give Crowley 5 stars.

The Best
Excellent service. Quoted $350.00 paid $500.00. I did pay more than my quote, but only after I asked what it would cost for a quick pick-up. I agreed to a price only $150.00 more than my quote and the car was picked up next day, here within 7 days. The car was scheduled for pick up within 30min of my placing the order. Car arrive very clean, even with the open carrier. Ryan was very helpful, and found a 2nd driver with a smaller truck when the 18 wheeler could not access the pick up area. Could not ask for better service and more helpful staff. Would not hesitate to use them again. They have my highest recommendation. I am very happy with my experience with Crowley and Ryan.

I found that Jonathan at Crowley was the most knowledgeable and forthcoming with information. I called several companies and only got more and more confused about how the process works for getting a car shipped. Jonathan was patient and explained exactly what the broker’s role is in the process and why different companies charge different amounts. Once he explained it to me I felt confident about my choice and my confidence proved well placed as my car was picked up on time by a very polite driver and was delivered on time with no hassle whatsoever. I will definitely use Crowley next time my car is shipped.

Auto transport for Vintage Porsche
I found the task of finding an auto transporter fairly difficult. After getting inundated with quotes, it is very hard to tell who is honest and good and who just wants your money. On top of that you are giving the transporter your car, so there is a pretty big trust factor. In my case the car is rare, but not overly valuable so any transport issues would be expensive potentially cost prohibitive.

I decided to use Crowley after doing some internet research and finding postiive reviews on this site. Ryan Serpa was freindly on the phone, and offered a very competitive quote of $300, which was a bit more than what the “starting” quote was that was offered by e-mail. Most other services were offering $350 or more, so the fact that the price was low and the service god was a real bonus.

My first availabe date was a Monday, but was contacted on Thursday that a truck could take the car Saturday. I was then called on Friday and told that the truck was on its way! This worled out best because I was in the pick up city temporarily and was able to meet the driver. Crowley found a very good driver that was professional and clearly wqs very experienced. He actaully wanted to drop off the car early, at a time I would not be able to recieve the car. After meeting this driver, I felt confident this would work and found the car in great shape 3 days later. The car is dirty, but that is to be expected after open transport of a white car. Overall a good experience and I would recommend working with Crowley in the future.

I needed a vehicle shipped from North Carolina to El Paso TX so I got a quote from Crowley Auto Transport. I completed and faxed the contract only to realize It would be better for me to just fly over and pick up the vehicle. So I called Crowely back to get a refund and They were more than happy to assist me. They have great customer service and would deal with them again. Thanks Crowley.

Very Pleased!
From start to finish this process for me was a Great Experience! Jeff at Crowley Transport was a pleasure to work with, extremely informative and professional. He worked his hardest to make sure my car was picked up within the time frame I requested. My car arrived safely in New York and the driver even waited an hour for me to meet him, as I was stuck at work. Should I ever have to transport a car from state to state, I will definitely call Jeff! Hands Down!
